Directions to Forest Hills Medical Services:

Manhattan to Forest Hills (Public Transportation)

  • Train is a 12 minute, non-stop trip from Penn Station to the Forest Hills Train Station. Be sure to be on the first four cars of the train in order to be able to exit!
  • Subway: Take the E or F train (express trains) to the Forest Hills stop (20-25 minutes)
  • At the Forest Hills stop there is a yellow cab stand on the 71st St Continental Ave and Queens Boulevard Intersection ($5) or you can use a mobile app transportation service like Uber/Lyft.
  • Alternatively, you can take the Q23 bus from the intersection of Continental Avenue and Queens Boulevard towards East Elmhurst-Ditmars Boulevard via 108 Street and get off at 63rd Road in front of the Rite Aid Pharmacy.

Take the West Side Highway (Henry Hudson Parkway) to the 56th Street exit. Head eastbound on West 56th Street to 10th Avenue. Turn left (northbound) on 10th Avenue to Mount Sinai Roosevelt’s main lobby entrance (east side of 10th Avenue, between West 58th and West 59th Streets).

By Bus

M11 (uptown) to 10th Avenue and West 59th Street. M11 (downtown) to 9th Avenue and West 59th Street. M57 (crosstown) to 10th Avenue and West 57th Street. M104 (Broadway line) to Columbus Circle (Broadway between West 58th Street and West 60th Street).
